Who are we?
Alliance Specialty Care Centres is a multi specialty clinic where expertise of various specialists are combined with same day diagnostic testing to provide patients with high quality and speedy service.
Our centres accept referrals from family physicians or other sources for a variety of specialists consultations in several disciplines, all under one roof.
We provide seamless, one stop shop for family physicians where they can send their patients for several different specialist referrals, using one number, one process and one point of contact.
Dr. Tiao Virirak Kattygnarath, MSc, MD, FACOG
Dr. Kattygnarath is a certified Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinology Specialist with over 15 years of experience. A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he specializes exclusively in medical gynecology and office-based care, with a focus on fertility assessments, endocrine disorders (such as PCOS and endometriosis), and menopause management.
He currently serves as a Gynecologist/REI Specialist at Charm Fertility and Medical Director at CARE Fertility and Women's Health Clinic. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kattygnarath is an accomplished author of several books on gynecology and reproductive medicine. He is fluent in English, French, Thai, Lao.
Dr. Ghaith Almidani MD, FRCPC
Dr. Almidani is a practicing Cardiologist and Invasive Electrophysiologist. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alberta and his Cardiology training at McMaster University. Further, Dr. Almidani completed a 2-year Invasive Electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. His academic, clinical and research interests are centered on complex arrhythmia interventions and advanced device therapies.

Dr. Shoshana Grossman MD, FRCPC
Dr. Grossman is a clinical cardiologist who finished her Cardiology degree at Queen's University in August 2022 and was previously practicing in Kingston, Ontario. Prior to cardiology, she completed her Internal Medicine program at McMaster University (2019) while attending the Waterloo regional campus. Her Medical Degree (MD) was completed at McMaster University, while studying at the Niagara Regional Campus in May 2016. Prior to her MD, she was a graduate of the fast-track Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing program (2010-2012) and was a Registered Nurse (2012-2015).
Dr. Ebrahimi, MD
Dr. Ebrahimi is a board-certified internal medicine specialist with experience in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions. She completed rigorous training in Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. After years of intensive training in New York City, she is proud to return home to Ontario, where she is passionate about serving her community and improving the health and well-being of the residents of Ontario.
Dr. Ebrahimi takes pride in helping patients achieve long-term health through individualized, evidence-based care. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate care and building lasting relationships with her patients. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, Diabetes and Obesity management.
